Are you interested in up-zoning your property to allow multifamily housing at no cost to you? If “yes” is your response, please join us for a zoom workshop discussing this great opportunity to increase the value of your property. Commercial properties may also be rezoned to allow housing. The goal of this new Multifamily Rezone Project is simple - make it easier to build more affordable housing.
