The County of Humboldt is committed to providing equal access to all county programs, services and activities through the provision of accommodations for individuals with qualified disabilities as required under the Americans with Disabilities Act. Accessible Entrance

The accessible entrance to the Courthouse is the Fourth St. entrance. Accessible parking is available in the lot adjacent to the Fourth St. entrance and on the Fourth St. side of the K St. lot. Notice of Temporary Accommodation

A Notice of Temporary Accommodation has been issued while work for the Humboldt County Courthouse Fourth St. ADA Modification Project takes place. 

The Humboldt County Courthouse Fourth St. entrances will be closed Monday, Aug. 7, 2023, and are scheduled to reopen to normal business hours on Monday, Sept. 11, 2023. The Fifth St. entrance of the courthouse will remain open, and services will continue to be provided to the public.

If you are unable to access the courthouse due to the closure of the Fourth St. entrances, temporary accommodations are available for programs and services located in the Humboldt County Courthouse.
