Are you interested in building an accessory dwelling unit (ADU) in an unincorporated area of the county? Attend a virtual workshop to learn more about the resources and tools available through the Humboldt County Planning and Building Department aimed to help you build an ADU on your property.
Planning and Building Department staff will provide an introduction to ADUs and how they can meet housing needs, an overview of the county’s new ADU guidebook and website, and an opportunity for grant funds through the California Housing Finance Agency. There will be a live question-and-answer session with county staff.
