On May 12th, from 2pm to 5pm, the Humboldt County Planning and Building Department will be holding a Scoping Meeting pursuant to California Public Resources Code Section 21083.9. The scoping meeting will provide participants the opportunity to comment on the appropriate scope and content of the Environmental Impact Report (EIR) which is being prepared for proposed amendments to the Humboldt County Code (project) regulating cannabis activities authorized under state law.
