Campaign Finance (FPPC)

Pursuant to the Fair Political Practices Commission (FPPC), the Humboldt County Office of Elections is the filing officer for the County of Humboldt. Beginning January 1, 2021, AB 2151 requires local government agencies to post redacted campaign statements and reports to its website within 72 hours of filing deadlines if the campaign statements and reports are filed in paper format.
