Titlow Hill Road (Horse Mountain) has 1 foot of new snow and is open to the top. Chains are required. Everyone please remember that it is unsafe to leave your vehicles parked in the middle of any road and leave them unattended. This also does not allow the road crews to plow the roads that need attention.
