Engineers and Geologists will be performing air quality and soil testing in Downtown Eureka on Friday and Saturday around the Humboldt County Courthouse and Jail. The pictured canister will be placed in the gravel parking lot along the east side of the jail during this time. The canister is not explosive nor does it contain hazardous materials.
