Interested in learning more about the Mental Health Services Act or MHSA? The Humboldt County Department of Health & Human Services will host five regional virtual meetings to share information and to gather input for the MHSA Annual Update for 2022-2023.

Proposition 63, also known as MHSA, was passed by California voters in 2004 and places a 1 percent tax on personal incomes greater than $1 million to fund the development and expansion of mental health services for children, youth, adults and older adults.
Community input is an important component of developing the Annual Update, which will outline Humboldt County’s MHSA-funded programs for 2022 through 2023.
