    This event celebrates the work that Harriet Tubman and Frederick Douglass, two iconic heroes, achieved in their fight for freedom. Using their intelligence, courage, perseverance, and grit, they became leaders of the movement to end slavery. For this Freedom Festival, we highlight their legacies and qualities. We bring these legacies and qualities into the community to explore what liberation looks like today. The festival is open to everyone and to all ages.
