  1. July 31 is Quilt Square Deadline for Quilt Your Quarantine Memories Community Art Project

July 31, 2021, 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM @ Any Public Library in Humboldt County, and other locations, see below.

We are living in a unique time, and we have many stories to tell about it. Be a part of creating a series of COVID Commemorative Quilts. Adults, teens, and children were invited to share their memories visually on a quilt square. Your quilt square can show what or who you want everyone to remember from the past pandemic year. As there will be both fabric and paper quilts, the choice of media is wide open, and may include, for example, photography, sewing, embroidering, cross stitch, painting, or coloring with crayons and markers.
