Free 'Kids Create' Quack & Wabbit Sock Puppet Kit - For curbside pickup, while supplies last
Saturday, November 21, 2020
The Kids Create workshop series returns, with a twist. Pick up a free sock puppet kit - choose a bird, cat, dog, or frog - and take it home to make your own puppet. Instructions are included in the kit. You can also watch a series of puppet-making videos created by the Quack & Wabbit Puppet Theatre. The videos really help make each step clear - especially how to add eyes to your sock. (See the link to the library YouTube playlist on the right side of this page.) A second video teaches puppet-handling and will be released soon. Finally, children will be invited to the last video, a performance by Quack & Wabbit of the story 'Mr. Gumpy's Outing', with parts for your puppets in the show.
