The all-day Community Resource and Access for Businesses (CRAB) Fair includes Workshops on the ins-and-outs of starting and growing a business, panel discussions with local business owners and experts, exhibitor booths from a wide variety of local businesses, organizations specializing in financial management, employment law, marketing, and more!

11:30 a.m. - The Cannabis Business
Representatives from Papa & Barkeley, Humboldt County Growers Alliance, Kiskanu, ABC Farms, and Project Trellis.

12:30 p.m. - Women in Business
Meredith Maier (Six Rivers Brewing), Alanna Powell (Humboldt Made) and Jenna Katsos (Pen and Pine).

1:30 p.m. -  Business Financing
Representatives from AEDC Small Business Lending Center, Tri-Counties Bank, Redwood Region Economic Development Commission, and Redwood Capital Bank.

2:30 p.m. - Keynote Speakers

4:00 p.m. • The C.R.A.B. Fair culminates with the 'Crab Trap' Competition
The 'Crab Trap' is a business pitch competition that provides local prospective entrepreneurs the chance to pitch their one-of-a-kind entrepreneurial ideas in front of panel of judges for the chance to win $500, free consulting services, and other prizes.  (The deadline to enter the Crab Trap contest has passed, so relax and enjoy watching other folks pitch!)
