Description of Services Needed: Safe, clean and stable low barrier social model housing in which skills vital for sustaining recovery from substance use are practiced in a residential setting, for eligible men, women and transition- aged youth who are participating in outpatient substance use disorder treatment program, as part of the Substance Abuse Block Grant Program.
