Summer Reading Program: Reading Takes You Everywhere

  • Sat. June 23,  2:00 - 5:00 p.m.  Kick-off Party!
    Sign up, get your reading log, and preview the crafts for our upcoming Story & Craft Programs.
  • Sat. June 30, 2:00 - 5:00 p.m.  Story! Visit Asia
    Learn Basic Origami and Simple Kanji, Japanese Writing.
  • Sat. July 14, 2:00 - 5:00 p.m.  Story! Visit Australia    
    Make a Kangaroo Planter.
  • Sat. July 28, 2:00 - 5:00 p.m.  Story! Visit Africa
    Make an African Safari Mobile.

1:00 p.m. Wednesday, Story Time & Craft, June 19 Last Day

Every Wednesday, library volunteer Liz Cappiello reads stories to young children, followed by a simple craft.  Liz is retiring from her reading position, and her last day will be Weds. June 19.

Summer Reading is starting soon, and starting September, a regular Saturday story hour is planned.

6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Fourth Wednesday, Craft Night

Older children and adults enjoy making buttons, magnets, or 3D Pen creations on the fourth Wednesday of each month.
