Frequently Asked Questions

I don't have a mobile phone. How can I let staff know I'm at the library for my delivery?
  • If you don’t have a cell phone, please knock on the door, step back from the door to at least 6 feet away, and wait there so you can tell us what delivery you came for.
  • If you have items to return, please put them in the book drop. If the book drop is locked, please ask the staff member when the book drop will be available.
  • LIbrary staff will come to the door, find out what you need, then ask you to move back to a safe area while your delivery is brought out.
  • Please wait for library staff to go back indoors before coming to pick up your delivery.  Thank you!
