On Nov. 14 Correctional Deputy and Sheriff’s SWAP Farm Manager Jeff Dishmon saw color for the first time. Correctional Deputy Samantha Freese and co-workers pitched in to buy enchroma glasses for Dishmon, who is colorblind. The results were incredible.
