Are you interested in developing housing in the unincorporated area of the County but need help understanding what SB 35, SB 9, AB 2162, MRP, density bonus, Article 34, etc. all mean? You’ve heard the state is providing more funding for affordable housing, but don’t know how the state’s grant programs work or where to start?
Please join Humboldt County Planning and Building staff on Wednesday, Feb. 16, 5:30 -7:30 PM, for a virtual workshop that is designed for current and future developers of housing. Planning and Building Department staff will decode new county and state initiatives that aim to increase the production of housing.
