Garcia Jr. was arrested and booked into the Humboldt County Correctional Facility on charges of assault with a firearm on a person, negligent discharge of a firearm, possession of a controlled substance while armed, exhibiting a deadly weapon, possession of a controlled substance and resisting a peace officer. His bail is set at $35,000.
