5:00 to 7:00 PM, Garberville Library's Tiny Art Show Grand Opening. All the best people (you!) will be there.

Saturday, September 30, 2023

Tonight, join us for an opening night party -- an evening of revelry in your finest and fanciest art-influenced gear. Wear a beret. Wear an evening dress or a tuxedo, your painting smock, or your interpretation of fancy-dress. Food, drink and music will be provided. Let's celebrate our artistic triumphs no matter how small.

Tiny canvases could be a landscape, portrait, abstract, bunny, or anything you paint!

An Opening Night Party! Celebrate our Community Art Show

The joy of tiny art is its infinite variety, so there is no need to be shy. Every piece of art adds to the kaleidoscope of colors and shapes that make a tiny art show so much fun. Fun is the point, and now it's time to dress up and polish your spiel! Four people explain their tiny art paintings.

Kid - 'I used EVERY color of RED'.

Beret-wearer - 'Je suis le gran maitre de la simplicite'. [I am the great master of simplicity].

Lady in gloves - 'What, this old thing? It's just a potato print.'

Manga girl - 'I drew a scary cat, but in the kawaii art style to confuse the viewer. Let me explain how kawaii and moe differ...'
