Tuesday, May 9, 2023
The meeting place has been changed to the Hoopa Human Services office. Come together with your neighbors on four Tuesday evenings in May to share food, thoughts, and new ideas about building community. For each meeting, read and discuss another part of the book 'Finding New Ground, Beyond Conflict to Consensus' by Robert J. Chadwick. Robert has worked for over 40 years as a peacemaker in difficult situations, helping people find the way to consensus on issues communities face around the world. In this book he shares tools, ideas, and processes that people have used to stop fighting one another and come to real understanding. On that new ground, communities can work together toward their goals.
