Rio Dell's weekly Story Time is back! Martha reads stories for children each Saturday before the Rio Dell Library opens for everyone's library business. Occasionally there's a craft afterward - watch for a notice in the library for those special days. Stories are indoors. Masks are optional.

Story time is a great activity for children. When children often hear stories read aloud, they learn how to listen, learn more words and how to use them, and absorb so many new facts and ideas! In the adventure of story, kids also grow in imagination, problem-solving and creativity. Kids who listen to stories are better prepared for life and school. Story time at the library builds a child's fascination with reading and teaches skills that can be a lifelong advantage. 

Most of all, it's fun!
