Under general direction from Library Director, the 

Supervising Librarian for Youth Services:

•     Develops, promotes, and presents programs to foster literacy, creativity, and life-long learning
•     Serves as an integral part of a library leadership team
•     Represents the Library at community events, meetings, and other functions
•     Implements the strategic planning and priorities of the Youth Services Division
•     Supervises and coordinates Youth Services staff and volunteers
•     Actively participates in the public service and community engagement activities of the Youth Services team
