Thursday, September 22 - Choose from two sessions

10:00 AM to 1:00 PM and then again from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM.  


A teaching workshop on how to make ribbon skirts and how the designs from the River Tribes can be added in appliqué and-or embroidery. Kristen will bring samples, instructions and a skirt pattern to share.
