Humboldt County is in the planning process of developing a new Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy, also known as a CEDS. To ensure Humboldt's updated CEDS reflects the needs of all community members, the Economic Development Division is hosting a series of CEDS Public Engagement Roadshows throughout the county. At the Roadshows Economic Development Division staff will facilitate a community discussion and attendees will have the opportunity to share insights on the economic strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats facing the county. Input received from community members will be used to inform the CEDS moving forward.
