Measure Z Third Quarter Reports Due

Link and information included for agencies to submit their quarterly reports to the County Administrative Office.

With the Third Quarter now complete, it is time to complete your invoice, budget and narratives. Your Q3 Reports are due to the County Administrative Office by April 30. For easy reference, templates have been attached to this email.  

As a reminder, the narrative, budget and invoice can now be submitted online at https://humboldtgov.org/FormCenter/CAO-Forms-17/Public-Safety-Essential-Services-Tax-Qua-103. This will allow for efficient tracking and posting to the Measure Z webpage.
