The puppet handling video is online starting today, Saturday, November 28, and the kits are free while supplies last. Stop by your branch library during their curbside pickup hours to ask for a kit. Libraries are closed for the Thanksgiving holiday, Thursday and Friday November 26 & 27, but open on Saturday for their normal schedule.

Free 'Kids Create' Quack & Wabbit video starts today. Make your sock puppet come alive!

Learn how to make your sock puppet talk and move with tips from the professionals - Quack & Wabbit! (See the link to the library YouTube playlist on the right side of this page.) If you haven't picked up a free sock puppet kit from the library yet, call today to see if they are still available. You can watch a series of puppet-making videos from Quack & Wabbit. The videos really help make each step clear - especially how to add eyes to your sock. Finally, children are invited to the last video, a December 5 performance by Quack & Wabbit of the story 'Mr. Gumpy's Outing', with parts for your puppets in the show.
