California Small Business COVID-19 Relief Grant Program On February 23, 2021 Governor Newsom signed a new and larger relief package into law for the small businesses of CA. The package will offer grants up to $25,000 for small businesses impacted by the pandemic,
and some grants for non-profit cultural
