Living with stress is no fun. Take a breather every now and then and try one of these activities that may ease the stress of your day. Inside, outside, real and virtual relaxation breaks are below.

Weavesilk Play with light! Move your mouse or touch your touchpad and have fun making generative art. Start with a black background and cover the screen with colored light.

Color a Mandala How long has it been since you just played with color? Print one of these free mandalas, get out your art materials, and immerse yourself in color and shape.  Even more fun if you put some music on or listen to an audiobook while you color.

Draw a Zentangle  Anyone can draw a zentangle with an ordinary pen and paper.  Color it if you like!

Do Yoga With Me   Yoga classes for beginners and up.  (Those that don't have a plus sign on them are free.)

Walk in Wild Humboldt  Getting out into nature is a great way to let go of worries right now.  Humboldt parks and beaches are open and safe to use if you keep your distance from others.  Here are maps of some nearby trails to explore.  

Forest Bathing  Spend time in forests with conifers. You may be thinking this is nonsense, but probably not! Read this Web MD article or watch Dr. Roger Seheult's YouTube Video to learn about evidence that forest bathing is a genuine immune system boost.

Virtual Field Trips - Visit the Great Wall of China, the San Diego Zoo, ride on the Mars Rover, or tour a working farm with these fascinating online field trips, great for all ages.
