12:00 Noon, Eureka Library, Wilderness Safety (This Program Could Save Your Life Series)

Saturday, February 22, 2020

Hiking, camping, fishing, kayaking ... Humboldt has all sorts of natural wonders to explore and experience. But do you know what to do if things go bad? In this workshop, people from HSU Center Activities will be on hand to show you how to be safe when out in nature and what you should 'know before you go'.

Wilderness Safety Skills
Before you go out for your next hike, camping trip, or outdoor adventure, learn how to be safe!
A rope would be handy here! In a rocky landscape, two people try to pull a third to safety.

HSU Center Activities will be teaching helpful skills to keep dangers away before heading out.
