Planning Commission Continued Public Hearing Announcement for Zoning Text Amendments to Implement the General Plan

At their April 18th meeting, the Planning Commission is expected to consider items in Group 3 - Land Use Element – Urban Lands Related Zoning Changes [MU1 -Mixed Use Urban, MU2-Mixed Use Rural, amendments to B-1 Special Building Site Combining Zone to change the minimum lot size from 8,000 sf to 6,000 sf]. The Planning Commission may also be reviewing any of the following items that were not completed at its April 4th meeting: Group 1 – Land Use Element/Agricultural & Forest Resources Related Zoning Changes [new TE-Timberland Exclusive and new PRD-Planned Rural Development Combining Zone, and amendments to AE-Agriculture Exclusive, and TPZ-Timber Production Zones,] or Group 2 – Conservation and Open Space Element Related Zoning Changes Open Space Action Plan and Open Space Consistency Related Changes [Streamside Management Area Regulations, F-Flood Hazard Areas Combining Zone, and Chapter 2 Open Space Consistency Findings].
