1:30 p.m., Eureka Library, Summer Reading Program, Design a Book

Wednesday, June 21, 2017

Design your own book! Children and their families are invited to explore a variety of book-binding methods and book design approaches with special guest Virginia Wood of the Morris Graves Museum of Art. Cut, fold, and fasten...then write, draw, and collage until you have the story you want to share with the world. Make a blank book for recording secret thoughts or family adventures, or work with a friend to create a graphic novel.

Family Day at the Minneapolis Institute of Art. Go there to see the original and read the license. The only change we made was to slightly enhance the readability of the letters on the card that say 'have fun'.
