Preregister children aged from 5 to 10 for this free workshop. All workshops last an hour and a half. This workshop is repeated today at 2:00 PM. Space in each workshop is limited to 12 children. Call the library during open hours to see if there's room in the class, and sign up. Later, there is an opportunity to have your book in an art show at Los Bagels!

In this workshop, children can decorate paper with colorful paste and make a simple book to take home. Artist Marci Easterbrook begins the event with an animal story about peace from Peace Tales. Each child gets to enjoy making cover art, assembling their book, and writing or talking about how we can all create peace in our world.

This fun and creative project is designed for children 5-10 years old. Parents are welcome to help or watch. We have all the supplies you may need. Just bring yourself, and be ready to get messy!
