COVID-19 Update

We are continuing to provide limited services in both offices.  The lobbies are open from 10AM to 3PM Monday through Friday to receive payments at the kiosk only.  For all other concerns please reach out via the call center at 866-901-3212 or online at  Customer Connect. You can also follow our Facebook page at North Coast Regional Child Support Services for updates on the status of our services and how best to obtain information on your child support case.  We apologize for the inconvenience and hope to be back with you soon.  Please stay well, take recommended precautions, and we will be back with you when we are able!

If you are unable to work due to COVID-19, you may qualify for  Unemployment (even if you are self-employed), State Disability, or Paid Family Medical Leave.  See links below for more information.

North Coast Child Support Services has two offices that provide  child support services to the Humboldt and Trinity County communities.  Child Support cases are managed in both counties and both offices are staffed with employees who are here to serve you.
