Court Services Division


The Court Services Division is primarily made up of two work units. One is the Court Security section, the other The Civil Process section. A Lieutenant in charge of the division manages both.

Court Security


Deputies assigned to this division provide for Courthouse security, courtroom order and security, protection of the judges, court staff, public and prisoner handling, and movement between the Correctional Facility and the nine operating Courts. 

 
Civil Services


The Civil Process section is staffed with two Deputy Sheriffs, one Sergeant, and one Legal Office Assistant. Staff assigned to this section are responsible for the processing and service of all Civil Process generated by the Sheriffs Office. Office personnel prepares all accepted documents for proper service and record activity to maintain status according to the legal statutes.
