The Voluntary Benefits Program consists of a number of valuable insurance plans that complement your employer-provided benefits package and provide additional financial security for you and your family. The Farmington Company, our program service provider, can enroll you into the voluntary programs at your time of hire or during our Open Enrollment period. Empower Retirement Planning and Deferred Compensation Plan (457b)

Employees are eligible to enroll in a Deferred Compensation Plan (457b) through Empower. Empower can assist employees with discussion of investment choices, retirement goals and schedule individual appointments with employees.
