The Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) & Organizational Development (OD) Manager is responsible for collaborating with the County Administrative Officer, county leadership, and staff at all levels to build organizational capacity to address systemic challenges and respond to changing workforce demographics and position the county for success. These responsibilities are accomplished through designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating organizational interventions aimed to support the county’s strategic goals.
The DEI & OD Project Manager conducts diversity, equity, and inclusion organizational assessments, provides ongoing learning opportunities to staff, develops and executes the county's DEI Strategic Plan, and cultivates community partnerships to address community level challenges and engage historically excluded communities.
