Summer Reading is Here

When school lets out for the summer, the Library begins its Summer Reading program.  All children are welcome to join this free program; teens and adults can participate in reading challenges too.  Children who do Summer Reading stretch their minds and keep up their word skills over the summer while having lots of free, genuine fun: reading, doing crafts, hearing stories and songs, and learning all the time.

Your Family is Invited to the Rio Dell Library's Summer Reading Kickoff Party, Sat. June 23 from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m.

Play Animal Literacy Bingo, with prizes for the winners. There will be refreshments, and you can have fun making your own pin-on button!  Pick up a reading log and get ready for all the fun of summer at the library.

Rio Dell Craft Afternoons for the Summer:

Wednesdays from 1:30 to 4:00

Saturdays from 12:00 to 3:00
