Project Description: Humboldt County Public Works and the McKinleyville Municipal Advisory Committee are seeking community input to improve safety on Ocean Drive between Hiller Road and School Road in McKinleyville for walking and bicycling. Short-term improvement suggestions are being sought as well as longer term ideas for 2-3 years down the road when the County will have the funding to repave the roadway. Also, a virtual community meeting will be held on Wednesday, October 14, 2020 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. where County officials and the community will take a virtual walk along Ocean Drive observing conditions and participants can share opportunities and ideas. There are two ways to join the meeting:
