CEQA Public Notices

After being filed with the County Clerk, California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) notices are available here for public inspection for up to 30 days after the date of filing (or 45 days when requested).  Note: 45 day posts are carried forward for two additional weeks to account for the additional days of posting.

CEQA notice document types include: Environmental Impact Reports, Negative Declarations, Mitigated Negative Declarations, Application Fee Water Diversion, and other projects subject to certified regulatory programs.
