At the Main Library in Eureka, ask at the Reference Desk whether a volunteer is available to help you learn to use our computers. Half-hour one-on-one appointments may be made up to a week in advance. Please do not ask the tutor to help you learn to use your own computer or device.

Want just a little coaching to get the information you need? Computer Access staff can help with quick tips, troubleshooting, and ideas for search strategies. Remember though that the staff is on duty to help all the public, and will not be able to stay with you. They can get you started on one of the tutorials below if you want to increase your skill.
