Access at Branch Libraries

People Library Access for People with Disabilities

Most branch libraries in Humboldt are fully accessible, but a few still need work.

All Humboldt County Libraries welcome people with a wide range of abilities, but not every library meets the current Americans with Disabilities Act standard. For example, all buildings have ramps where necessary, but ramps at the libraries that are not up to ADA standards may not meet all of today's rules. We are working on that!

In the meantime, we want you to be able to get library books, videos, and services. Please call if you have questions about access and services that will work for you.
