Due to the significant amount of interest shown during last week’s workshop in Garberville, Supervisor Estelle Fennell and the Humboldt County Planning and Building Department will hold another meeting next week to further discuss proposed changes to the Humboldt County Code related to cannabis. This public workshop will be an opportunity for interested parties to discuss the proposed Commercial Cannabis Land Use Ordinance (CCLUO), and the associated Draft Environmental Impact Report (DEIR).
