Cannabis Permit Application Processing

Over 2,300 applications were received by the deadline.  Please see this letter from Director Ford regarding the cannabis permit application process.

UPDATE January 26, 2017: We have had a very positive response to the three group assistance meetings we have already held for Cannabis applicants.  We know many of you still have questions, and will need assistance completing your application. To that end, we will continue to have cannabis planners available at the counter on Monday, Thursday and Friday, and we are also extending our group assistance meetings to every Thursday in February.  These will be held at the Planning Department, 3015 H St in Eureka in Meeting Room B from 3:00 -4:30 PM each Thursday in February.  These meetings are open on a walk in basis, and the questions and answers will be noted and posted on the website as Frequently Asked Questions soon.
