Mental Health Services

  1. Crisis Stabilization Unit

    Crisis Stabilization Unit (CSU) is an outpatient program that provides crisis intervention and stabilization services to individuals in need of immediate crisis services.

  2. Alcohol and Other Drugs Treatment Services

    We offer a several programs for youth and family members experiencing substance use problems impacting physical health, interpersonal relationships, educational, employment or legal issues.

  3. Adolescent Treatment Program

    The Adolescent Treatment Program offers outpatient counseling for youth between the ages of 12 and 19 with substance abuse issues.

  4. Sempervirens Psychiatric Health Facility

    Sempervirens (SV) offers a locked facility for clients who have serious and persistent mental illness and need acute psychiatric care.

  5. Healthy Moms Program

    Healthy Moms is an alcohol and drug addiction treatment program. Its goals are to assist women in treating their addictions and to support them to become healthy, productive women and mothers.

  6. HumWORKs

    HumWORKs is a group program that provides treatment and case management services to CalWORKs participants who are experiencing mental health, substance abuse, and/or domestic violence issues in their lives or in the lives of their families.

  7. Patients' Rights Advocacy Services

    The Patients' Rights Services ensures the rights of mental health consumers are known and observed.

  8. Mental Health Services Act (MHSA)

    The Mental Health Services Act (MHSA) provides funding to counties to expand and develop innovative and integrated mental health services for children, youth, adults, and older adults.
